Reds Drone Services Inc (RDS) will provide drone recovery services to our customers. RDS’s role is to locate the animal via drone. Although help may be offered, RDS is not responsible for physically recovering the animal after the animal has been located with the drone. RDS will provide exact coordinates to the location of the animal and keep an aerial eye on the animal. It is the customers responsibility to physically recover the animal.

Standard drone recovery services include up to two hours of searching time. Time requests exceeding two hours will be charged an additional rate of $50.00 per hour. Standard drone recovery services are provided within 50 miles of RDS. Locations further than 50 miles will be charged $2.00 per mile outside 50 miles.

Thermal drone can only locate lost animals outside. Thermal drone technology cannot see through buildings or under objects. If someone has taken your pet inside, we will not be able to locate them. If your pet is outside in the area, there is a very high chance that we can locate your animal. All flights are tracked and recorded so the customer can see everywhere RDS has flown the drone and searched for the lost animal.

Lost pet recovery calls can be difficult depending on the response location and type of pet. Dogs can travel a large distance quickly which can cause searching to take a longer amount of time.
